How it started
It started at work.
Everyone was talking about collagen. My colleagues were swapping recommendations, trying different brands, comparing notes. So I went home and looked into it myself.
What I found was overwhelming. Tablets, powders, sachets, marine, bovine, hyaluronic acid and price tags that made no sense for what was inside.
I thought, why is this so complicated? I just want to know what is in it and whether it actually works.

Collagen is not a quick fix. Most published studies measure outcomes after several weeks or months of consistent daily use. I believe people deserve honest information about what they are taking and why.

Two ingredients. Hydrolysed bovine collagen and Vitamin C, because Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, bones and cartilage. Nothing else. No fillers, no flavourings, no additives that exist only to justify a higher price.
